What We Left In The Park On Friday

So... this is what you've all been waiting for.  We are going to finally reveal to you what all our beautiful tags look like.

You know the story of our night's adventure... but now you can see what everything looked like when we were finished.

Without further ado...

Piece By Knitting Wonder Woman And KnitMama:

Piece By Knitting Mermaid:

Piece By Knitting Yoshi AndThe Detangler:

Pieces By TINKerbell:

The two pink ones are one and the same... we just thought it was so great we wanted to include two pictures!

This is the same piece... just in the dark
with the light reflecting off of it now!

Pieces By KnitMama:

Pieces By Mother Of Purl:

A beautiful piece like Mother Of Purl's cabled tree cozy deserves two pictures too!

Piece By The Purl-ice:

Piece By Winged Warrior:

Again, this is the same piece... we just wanted two pictures.

And we want to share just one last picture.... this is of one of the benches... one that managed to get four tags attached to it.  Check out how cheerful it is:

And remember... due to the rain, some of the Knitting Kninjas were not able to make it out... there were more tags left later on last weekend!  But if you want to see them... you'll have to check back another time (a classic Knitting Kninja cliffhanger!).

It Was A Dark And Stormy Night - Guest Post By The Purl-ice

It was a dark and stormy night in Peterborough. Rain thrashed the grounds of the strike zone. Most sane people in the city had long since headed for cover from Mother Nature's fury.

Quietly, shadows began to stir and stealthy feet flitted across grass, ice, puddles and mud. It may have been too cold for normal mortals, but not those swathed in knitted comfort. Not for the Kninjas.

They crept, leapt and slid across the battle ground. Heard only were the SCHWINGs of darning needles and the low flutter of tags in the breeze.

It didn't last long. But the fun never does. The last light left the sky. The rain slowed. The shadow masters slipped back into the shadows. All that was left were the stitched tags of the Kninjas.

Until next time.

Stay Calm and Cast On.

The Purl-ice.
